• Be in brand-new and unused condition
• Have no scratches, damage, or discoloration
• Be returned in the original and undamaged packaging
• Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish due to its alloy composition; items returned in a tarnished condition will not be accepted
• Customized or engraved jewelry is non-returnable
3. Size Accuracy & Guidance
To avoid sizing mistakes, the last image of each product includes a clear size guide.
Returns due to incorrect sizing are only accepted if the item fully meets the return conditions.
4. How to Return an Item
• Contact us by email before returning an item and include your order number.
• Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will begin the refund process.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• These costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Weise Perle provides a return label to be affixed to the package.
• Cash-on-delivery and unpaid return parcels are not accepted.
6. Refund Process
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
• Items not meeting the return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
